Removing litter is an expensive proposition for you and other taxpaying Boone citizens. The department of Public Services (Town of Boone) alone spends $20,000 annually to clean streets. This takes money away from badly needed street maintenance and improvements. By participating in the department's Adopt-A-Street Program, you can make a valuable contribution to the town... you can help make the Town of Boone better and more beautiful.
