AS•U•GO Cultural Speakers Bureau

AS•U•GO provides opportunities for cross-cultural learning through interactive conversations between Appalachian State international student speakers and K-12 students and teachers in our regional public schools.

AS•U•GO Speakers are primarily Appalachian student volunteers (international, exchange, and education abroad returnees), and occasionally visiting scholars, faculty and community members with extensive international living, work, and/or study experiences.

We also have intercultural resources workshops for teachers and educators who are interested in integrating AS•U•GO Speakers to complement their existing curricula.
